Please note that this is the first stage of the application process. The Rank Foundation cannot commit to funding the placement until the full process has been completed, including the interview and signing of the Contract.

Applications are invitation only so please do not share outside your organisation.

The organisation agrees to responsibly and lawfully manage the T2S leader. Please confirm the following policies are operating within the organisation:

Upload evidence of a valid certificate of Employers' Liability Insurance

The minimum cover level required by UK law is £5 million.

The leader is required to attend development sessions taking place throughout the year, including:

1. 2 -day launch conference – leader attends 48 hours/ manager attends 24 hours. 1st - 10th February 2023.

2. 2- day residential review event – leader attends 48 hours/ manager attends 24 hours. 12th - 21st June 2023.

3. Leadership development days – 4 online and/or face to face

4. Rank Annual Conference - October 2023 Dates TBC

Dates confirmed with formal offer and contract if successful.

It is the responsibility of the organisation to ensure the T2S leader is appropriately supervised and supported during the placement:

- by identifying a named line manager employed by the organisation and working similar hours to the leader

- the manager will be involved in the programme and able to attend launch and review events with the leader

- provide appropriate resources to enable the leader to undertake the project/ task

- ensure clear supervision structures, plans and policies are in place to support the leader during the placement. By submitting this application, you are confirming that the organisation is properly resourced to do so.
